President
Nancy Harkey is a distinguished owner/operator of gift shops and food franchises in airports nationwide. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, Nancy Harkey Enterprises has demonstrated unparalleled expertise in restaurant management and operations.
Under Nancy Harkey’s leadership the company has overseen the opening of numerous restaurant locations, demonstrating proficiency in construction coordination, site selections, hiring, and training. Nancy Harkey Enterprises prioritizes top-quality food preparation, packaging, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, while enforcing strict compliance with safety and hygienic regulations.
From managing front and back house operations to overseeing staffing, budgeting, and quality control, Nancy Harkey excels in all facets of restaurant management, ensuring excellence in every aspect of its operations.
Renard C. Mitchell I
Vice President
Renard C. Mitchell I is a second generation ACDBE coming from Nancy Harkey Enterprises LLC; he was groomed by his mother at the tender age of 8 to have a strong work ethic and impeccable customer service. Renard's entrepreneurial journey has led him to food franchise owner, entertainment venue owner, to full service salon owner. His motto is "You must work in your business to know how to operate your business."
Renard has more than 30 years of successful hands on experience working with some of the largest travel retailer and restaurateur companies in North America. His most recent experience is with Memphis International Airport as partner and operator of over eight stores to include a gourmet gifts and spirits store, PGA tour store, and gift shops with modern grab & go technology to offer passengers quick and efficient shopping.
Dedicated to working alongside every employee and every partner, Renard prides himself on learning every intimate detail of an operations. He has attended every franchise school he has owned, including Subway, Pretzel Time, Noble Roman Pizza, TCBY, Ms. Fields Cookies, Pizza Hut Express, and Freshens Smoothies. Renard believes in offering quality service and an extraordinary experience during every encounter.
As the airport concessions industry progresses, Renard has continued to stay ahead of the norm. He is aggressively working with companies that specialize in automated food vending in airports, commercial and private businesses around the world.
